RECREATIONAL TRAIL DESCRIPTION
The most northerly 15 feet of Parcel 3, of Parcel Map 79-853, recorded in Parcel Map Book
143, Pages 39 and 40 inclusive. Said area is also impacted by, among other easements,
a roadway easement, shown on said map as: the southerly 15 feet of the 30 foot private
Ingress/Egress Easement recorded in Parcel Map Book 106/19-20 and more particularly
described as the paved roadway of Avenida Evita within Parcel 3 of PM 79-853.
