ORDINANCE NO. 102
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO ADOPTING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP
DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF R-1, SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENCE, R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE, E-4,
HILLSIDE ESTATES AND C-1, LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICTS
OUTSIDE THE INCORPORATED AREA OF THE CITY OF SAN
JUAN CAPISTRANO IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 83 OF THE CITY.
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. That a prezoning district map of the bounkries of the "R-1,
Single Family Residence", "R_3, Multiple Family Residence", "g-4, Hillside
Estates" and "C-1, Local Business" Districts as shown on map"Fxhibit A",
properties outside the incorporated area of the City, are hereby adopted
pursuant to Ordinance No. 83 of the City of San Juan Capistrano.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15)
daysd:ereof this ordinance shall be published once in the Coastline Dispatch,
a newspaper printed in San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange ,State of Calif-
ornia, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting
for an against the same.
PASSED APPROVED and ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 1964.
