ORDINANCE NO. 96
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5 AND ADOPTING SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE R_1,
SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT, WITHIN THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO.
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify, regulate,
restrict and separate the uses of land, buildings and structures in providing
for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano, City Ordinance No.
5, is hereby amended by adopting the boundaries of the "R-1, Sngle Family
Dwelling District" as shown on a map Exhibit "A", a sectional map of the City
of San Juan Capistrano, more generally described as constituting the whole of
Tentative Tract 5675, and adopting the same as part of the official Land Use
Plan of the City.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption
of this ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan -Capistrano at
a regular meeting held on the 24th day of August, 1964, and shall cause the
same to be published in the Coastline Dispatch within fifteen (15) days after
its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, 1964.
