ORDINANCE NO. 94
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5 AND ADOPTING SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
P -D, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, WITHIN THE
CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA.
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain by amending
Ordinance No. 5:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify, regulate,
redistrict and separate the uses of land, buildings and structures; in providing
for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano, Ordinance No. 5
is hereby amended by adopting the boundaries of the "P -D, Planned Development"
District, as shown on a map "Exhibit A", a sectional map of the City of San
Juan Capistrano, more generally described as constituting the whole of Tentative
Tract 5592, and adopting the same as part of the official Land Use Plan of the
City.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect andbe in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of
this ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano at a regular
meeting heldon the 25th day of May, 1964, and shall cause the same to be pub-
lished in the Coastline Dispatch within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
