ORDINANCE NO. 85
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5 AND
ADOPTING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP DEFINING
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE P -D, PLANNED DEVELOP-
MENT DISTRICT AND C-1, LOCAL BUSINESS
DISTRICT, WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA.
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain by
amending Ordinance No. 5:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify, regulate,
redistrict, and separate the uses of land, buildings and structures; in
providing for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano,
Ordinance No. 5 is hereby amended by adopting the boundaries of the "P -D,
Planned Development" District and the "C-1, Local Business" District, as
shown on a map "Exhibit A," a sectional map of the City of San Juan Capis-
trano, more generally described as constituting the whole of Tentative
Tract 5429, and adopting the same as part of the official Land Use Plan of
the City.
-SECTIQN 2. - This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
SECTION 3. The City.Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of
this ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano at a
regular meeting held on the 24th day of February, 1964, and shall cause the
same to be published in the Coastline Dispatch within fifteen (15) days after
its passage.
