ORDINANCE NO. 79
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5 AND ADOPTING SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE P -D,
PLANNED -DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT WITHIN THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA.
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain
as follows by amending Ordinance No. 5.
That to promote the general welfare and classify, regulate, restrict, and
separate the uses of land, buildings, and structures; in providing for the order-
ly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano, Ordinance No. 5 is hereby amended
by adopting the boundaries of the "P -D, Planned Development" District, as shown
on map "Exhibit A", a sectional district map of the City of San Juan Capistrano,
more generally described as a portion of Lots 60, 61, and 62, Tract No. 103, and
adopting the same as part of the official land Use Plan of the city.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano at a regular
meeting held on the 12th day of November, 1963, and shall rause the same to be
published in the Coastline Dispatch within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
Passed, approved, and adopted this 12th day of November, 1963.
