ORDINANCE NO. 78
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5 AND ADOPTING SECTIONAL
DISTRICT NAP DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE R -P,
RESIDENTIAL -PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT WITHIN THE CITY
OF SAN WAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA.
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain as
follows by amending Ordinance No. 5.
That to promote the general welfare and classify, regulate, restrict, and
separate the was of land, buildings, and structures; in providing for the orderly
growth of the city of San Juan Capistrano, Ordinance No. 5 is hereby amended by
-- adopting the boundaries of the "R -P, Residential -Professional" District, as shown
on map "Exhibit A", a sectional district map of the City of San Juan Capistrano,
more generally described as being a portion of Section 6, Township 8 South, Range
7 West, and adopting the same as part of the official Land Use Plan of the city.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano at a regular
meeting held on the 28th day of October, 1963, and shall cause the same to be pub-
lished in the Coastline Dispatch within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
Passed, approved, and adopted this 28th day of October, 1963.
