Ordinance Number 7729.9 ORDINANCE NO.�77 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5 AND ADOPTING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE R -P, RESIDENTIAL -PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA. SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain as follows, by adding the specific district zoning of"R-P, Residential -Professional District", to its Master Land Use Plan and thereby amending Ordinance No. 5. That to promote the general welfare and classify, regulate, restrict, and separate the uses of land, buildings, and structures; in providing for the order- ly growth of the city of San Juan Capistrano, Ordinance No. 5 is hereby amended by adopting the boundaries of the "R -P, Residential -Professional" District, as shown on a map, "Exhibit A", a sectional district map of San Juan Capistrano, being more particularly described as: All that certain real property situated in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California described as follows: That portion of Lot 7 shown on Map filed in Book 4, page 15, of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, des- cribed as follows: Commencing at the easterly Terminus of a line described in a deed to DARMI, INC., recorded January 9, 1962, as Document No. 5572 in Book 5969, page 672 of Official Records, in the office of said County Recorder, as "North 780 00' 00" East 2200.00 feet"; thence continuing along said course, North 780 00' 00" East 235.00 feet; thence South 120 00' 00" East 90.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence from said true point of beginning, continuing South 120 00' 00" East 670.68 feet to a point of non -tangent carve Southerly and having a radius of 966.00 feet, a radial line to said point bears South 140 41' 49" West; thence Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 00 19' 18", 5.42 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve, concave Northerly and having a radius of 1034.00 feet; thence along said curve, through a central angle of 90 01' 07", a distance of 162.76 feet to a line tangent; thence along lastsaid tangent line South 840 00' 00" East 35.00 feet; thence North 60 00' 00" East 185.84 feet; thence North 320 00' 00" East 130.00 feet; thence North 580 00' 00" West 95.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent carve concave Easterly and having a radius of 220.00 feet; thence along said curve through a central angle of 640 00' 00", a distance of 245.74 feet to a point in a non tangent line, a radial line to said point bears North 840 00' 00" West; thence along said non tangent line North 610 00' 00" West 280.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, And adopting the same as part of the 300 official land Use Plan of the city. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after its passage. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano at a regular meeting held on the 28th day of October, 1963, and shall cause the same to be published in the Coastline Dispatch within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
