ORDINANCE NO. 75
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, ADOPTING SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF AN AREA WITHIN THE CITY AS
lip -D, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT", AS SHOWN ON EXHIBIT A, AND
AMENDING THE LAND USE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 5.
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify, regulate, re-
strict and separate the uses of land, buildings, and structures in providing for
the orderly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano, City Ordinance No. 5 is
hereby amended by approving and adopting the boundaries of a "P -D, Planned Devel-
opment District Zone" for a certain area of land within the City of San Juan
Capistrano, part of the Official Land Use Plan of the city.
SECTION 2. The boundaries of said "P -D, Planned Development District" are
the boundaries as set forth on Exhibit A which generally lies northerly of Camino
Del Avion and easterly of Del Obispo.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adopting of this
ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano at a regular
meeting held on the 23rd day of September, 1963, and shall cause the same to be
published in the Coastline Dispatch within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
