ORDINANCE NO. 72
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 24 THEREOF 13Y ADDING A
PARAGRAPH TO SECTION 18 THEREOF RELATING TO PRO -RATING OF
CONTRACTORS LICENSE FEES.
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does hereby ordain:
SECTION I.
Section 18 of Ordinance No. 24 be and the same is hereby amended by adding
thereto immediately following the first paragraph of said Section 18 the following:
"Any such Contractor or Sub -contractor making application for license
between July 1 and December 31 of any year shall pay the full annual fee
prescribed; any such Contractor or Sub -contractor making application for
license between January 1 and March 31 of any year for the remainder of
that fiscal year shall pay one-half (D of the annual fee prescribed; any
such Contractor or Sub -contractor making application for license between
April 1 and June 30th of any year for the remainder of that fiscal year
shall pay one-quarter (y) of the annual fee prescribed".
SECTION 2.
That except to the extent herein amended, Ordinance No. 24 shall be and re-
main in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and
after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days after the
passage thereof, this Ordinance shall be published once in the Coastline Dispatch,
a newspaper printed in San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California,
together with the names of the members of the City Council voting thereon.
Passed, approved and adopted this 22nd day of July, 1963.
