Ordinance Number 69266 ORDINANCE NO. 69 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.31 BY REVISING SECTION NO. 9 THEREOF EX- TENDING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MISSION AREA ARCHITECTURAL RESTRICTED ZONE. The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 9 of City Ordinance No. 31, wherein such section defines the _. boundaries of the Mission Area, Architectural Restricted Zone, be changed to read as follows:-" Northern Boundary: laZanya Street projected easterly to the San Diego Free- way from E1 Camino Real and projected Westerly from E1 Camino Real to the Santa Fe Railroad tracks, then Southerly to Mission Street, thence Westerly to the Flood Control Channel. Western Boundary: The Santa Fe Railroad tracks from the projection of La- Zanya Street; thence Southerly to Mission Street, thence Southerly from the West- erly projection of Mission Street along the Flood Control Channel to the inter- section of Del Obispo. Southerly Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of the Flood Control Channel and Del Obispo, thence Easterly to Camino Capistrano, thence further Easterly along the Southern line of the existing Savage property to a point bearing North Easterly; thence North Easterly along the South Eastern property line of the Savage and Stroschein properties, being a direct line North Easterly to the San Diego Freeway. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days after the C passage thereof, this Ordinance shall be published once in the Coastline Dispatch, a newspaper printed in San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, together with the names of the members of the City Council.
