AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
ADOPTING SECTIONAL CITY MAPS DEFINING THE BOUN-
DARIES OF CERTAIN CITY PARES AND HIGHWAY ZONES
WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO.
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain as follows:
That to promote the general welfare and classify, regulate, restrict and sep-
arate the uses of lands, buildings and structures in providing for the orderly
growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano, City Ordinance No. 5 is hereby amended
by approving and adopting, as part of the Official Land Use Plan of this City, the
boundaries of certain parcels of land within this City, as City Parks and Highway
Zones. Said parcels are shown by Exhibits A to D, Sectional City Maps of this
City.
Parcels of land so zoned are designated as follows:
Parcel 1 - Identified as State Division of Highways Parcel 1730.
Parcel 2 _ Identified as State Division of Highways Parcel 2500 (unit 2)
parcel 2505 and parcel 2506 (unit 1).
Parcel 3 - Identified as State Division of Highways Parcel 2508 (unit 1).
Parcel 4 - Identified as State Division of Highways Parcel 2506 (unit 2)
parcel 2507, parcel 2508 (unit 2) and parcel 2510 (unit 2).
Parcel 5 - Identified as State Division of Highways Parcel 2511.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and
after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days after the
passage thereof, this Ordinance shall be published once in the Coastline Dispatch,
a newspaper printed in San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California,
together with the names of the members of the City Council.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May, 1963.

held on the 13th day of May, 1963, and passed by a majority vote of said Council.
