The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify, re-
gulate, restrict and separate the uses of land, buildings and structures,
in providing for the orderly ;rowth of the City of San Juan Capistrano,
City Ordinance No, 5 is hereby amended by approving and adopting bound-
aries of an "E-3 Small Estates" Disfxict Zone for a certain area of land
within the City of San Juan Capistrano, part of the official Land Use
Plan of the City.
SECTION 2. The boundaries of said "E_3, Small Estates" District
are the boundaries as set forth on Exhibit "3" of Tentative Tract No.
4340, which lies southeasterly of the San Diego Freeway at the Rancho
Soca de La Playa ranch line.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adopt-
ing of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan Cap-
istrano at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of November, 1962,
and shall cause the same to be published in the Coastline Dispatch with-
in fifteen (15) days after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO ADOPTING EXHIBIT "A" OF
SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP DEFINING THE
BOUNDARIES OF 11E�2, MEDIUM ESTATES",
"E-3, SMALL ESTATES" AND "E-41 HILL-
SIDE ESTATES" DISTRICT ZONING WITHIN
THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO.
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify, re-
gulate, restrict and separate the uses of land, buildings, and structures;
in providing for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano;
City Ordinance No. 5 is hereby amended by approving and adopting the bound-
aries of "E-2, Medium Estates", "E-3, Small Estates" and "E-4. Hillside
Estates" District Zoning as shown on Exhibit "A", a Sectional District
Map of the City of San Juan Capistrano, and adopting the same as part
of the Official Land Use Plan of this City.
SECTION 2. The boundaries of the E-2, E-3, and E-4 District zoning
are generally described as follows:
All that land lying southerly of the Rock Springs land and Cattle
Company easement (just Northerly of the tract bounds* of Tract No. 318)
and taking in the westerly one-half of the north one-half of Lot 10,
Block 2, San Juan Capistrano Townsite and then bounded by the west line
of Lot 12 and 13, Block 2, San Juan Capistrano Townsite, then bounded
on the south and east by Del Obispo Street and the city limits of San
Juan Capistrano on the southwest.
Separation of the E-2, E-3, and E-4 District follow natural terrain
buffer and property lines, as shown on Exhibit 'A' on file.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adopt-
ing of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capis-
trano at a regular meeting held on the 10th day of December, 1962, and
