AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAV
JUAN CAPISTRANO ADDPTING SECTION-
AL CITY MAP DEFINING THE BOUNDAR-
IES OF A "C-2_1" 3E3TRLCTED GEN-
ERAL 'BUSINESS DISTRICT WITHIN THE
CITY OF SAD? JUAN CAPISTRANO.
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain
as follows:
SECTItON 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify, reg- --
slate, re Strict and separate the uses of land, buildings and structures
in providing for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan Caristrano,
City Ordinance No. 5 is hereby amended by approving and adoptin3 the
boundaries of a "C -2-A, Restricted General Business District", shown on
Exhibit A, a sectional map of the City of San Juan Capistrano, and adopt-
int the same as part of the official Land Use Plan of this City.
SECTION 2. The boundaries of said "C -2-A, Restricted General Bus-
iness District" area as follows:

All that land lying Southerly C the San Juan Cree'.l beteeen the
Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad right of way and the San Diego
Freeway (U.S. 101) and south to the existing southerly city limits of
the City of San Juan Canistraao.
3FCTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adopt-
ing of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Joan Cap-
istrano at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of October, 19`D2, and
shall cause the same to be published in the Coastline Disnatch ,nthin
fifteen days after its passage.
Passed, approved and adopted this 8th day of October, 1962.
