R-1, SINGLE-FAMILY DISTRICT REGULATIONS: A. USES PERMITTFJ). 1. One family dwelling of a perment character, placed on a per- manent location on a plot of record., 2. Flower and vegetable gardening. 156 3. Nurseries and greenhouses used only for propogation and culture and not for retail sales. 4. Home occupations and studios, providing no advertising sign, merchandise, product, or other material or equipment is displayed for advertising purposes. 5. The office of a physician, dentist or other person author- ized by law to practice medicine or healing provided such use is only consultation or emergency treatment as an ad- - junct to a principle office located elsewhere. - 6. D. SITE REQUIREMENTS: 159 1. The minimum building site area shall be not less then sev- enty-two hundred (7200) square feet. No two-family units, multiple family unit or apartment houseshall be permitted which provides less than one thousand (1,000). square feet of land per family or housekeeping unit. 2. PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF SAID DISTRICT A PROPOSITION TO INCUR BONDED INDEBTEDNESS BY SAID DISTRICT FOR A CERTAIN IMPROVEMENT.
