AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1 CHANGING
T41E P1,10E OF THE COUNCIL MEETINGS OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO.
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1 of the City of San
Juan Capistrano is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of San Juan Capist-
rano shall meet on the second and fourth Monday of each and every month
at the hour of 7:30 P.M. at the council meeting place at 31762 Camino

Capistrano".
SECTION 2. Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 3n937 of the Go-
vernment Code of the State of California, this Ordinance shall take ef-
fect immediately for the following reasons:
The City of San Juan Capistrano became duly inconwrated on April
19, 1961, and its City Council is without ordinance or other law under
which to establish the time and place for holding regular meetings of
the council. It is essential to the citizens of San Juan Capistrano
that they be advised of the time and place of the meeting of their new-
ly elected City Council and that this Ordinance take effect immediately
properly to establish such place and time.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adopt-
ion of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capi-
strano ata regular meeting held on the 26th day of June, 1961 and shall
cause the same to be published in the Coastline Dispatch within fifteen
days after its passage.
Passed, approved and adopted this 26th day of June, 1961.
