The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council does hereby designate the four
public places for the posting of certain resolutions of the City of San Juan
Capistrano as follows:
1. Council Meetings Place at 31782 Camino Capistrano.
2. United States Post Office of San Juan Capistrano.
3. San Juan Elementary School.
4. 0£"ice of the Coastline Dispatch.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 36937 of the
Government Code of the State of California, this Ordinance shall take efi*ect
i.imediately for the following reasons:
The City of San Juan Capistrano became duly incorporated on April
19, 1961, and its City Council is without ordinance or other law under which
to designate th9 official posting places within the City, without which no
valid action can be taken by the City Council in those instance where post-
ing is required.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adop-
tion of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano
at a regular meeting held on the 24th day of April and shall cause the same
to be )uhlished in the Coastline Dispatch within fifteen da;s after its passage.
Passed, anaroved and adopted this 24th day of April 1961.
