ORDINANCE NO. 226
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO ADOPTING BY
REFERENCE ORDINANCE NO. 2607 OF THE COUNTY
OF ORANGE RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND
RECONSTRUCTION OF. WATER WELLS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF, SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby adopted an ordinance for the purpose of
controlling the construction and reconstruction of water wells within
the City of San Juan Capistrano, that certain Ordinance of the County of
Orange, State of California, known as Ordinance No. 2607.
Three copies of said Ordinance are on file with the City Clerk and
are open to inspection. Thesameis adopted herein as though fully set
forth herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days from and after its passage. The City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of San Juan Capistrano
within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
