AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 168 -
RELATING TO THE TIME AI:D PLACE OF HOLDING REGU-
LAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO.
THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 168 of the City of San Juan
Capistrano i— s�reby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1.. That the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano shall meet on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Mopday of each month
at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 32400 -
Paseo Adelanto." - -
SECTION 2. That it is the intention of the City Council
to adjourn such meetings at the hour of 10:00 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as the then current item under discussion can be con-
cluded; all matters pending which shall not have been reached will
be given priority on the agenda at the next regular or adjourned
meeting of the City Council.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30 days from and after its passage.
SECTION. 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published in a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of San Juan Capistrano within -
fifteen (15) days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of Ap*ril, 1973,
by the following vote, to wit: -
