2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN
JUAN CAPISTRANO AMENDING THE PRE -
3 CISE ZONING MAP AS ADOPTED BY OR-
DINANCE NO. 115, SECTION 3.01.3
4 TO BE DESIGNATED AS RZ 72-111,
AMENDMENT NO. 24-1-

9.6 .THE -CITY ._COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DOES

7 HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
8 SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify,
9 regulate, restrict and separate uses of land, buildings and struc-
10 tures in providing for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan
11 Capistrano, the Precise Zoning Map as adopted by Ordinance No.,
12 115, Section 3.01.3, is hereby amended and designated as RZ 72-
13 111, Amendment No. 28, as the same is shown on Exhibit "A" attach -
14 ed hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
15 - SECTION 2. That portion of land now zoned U-1, Unclassified
16 District, being; 40 acres more or less, and being a portion of Sec -
27 tion 32.Township 7 South Range 7 West and Section 5 Township 8,
18 Range 7 West of the San Bernardino Base Meridian, located in the
19 City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of Califor-
20 nia, as shown on official plat filed in the District Land Office
21' on April 12, 1875, and depicted on Exhibit "A" hereto, is here -
22 by declared zoned PD, Planned Development District.
23 SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
24 thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
25 SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
26 adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be publish,
27 ed in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of San Juan
28 Capistrano within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
29 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 1973,
30 by the following vote, to wit:
31 AYES: COUNCILMEN: BYRNES, CHERMAK, GAMMELL, THORPE,
WEATHERS
32 NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
