ORDINANCE NO. 206
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO ADOPTING A DETAILED PRE -
ZONING MAP (RZ 72-109) OF PROPERTY OUTSIDE THE
INCORPORATED AREA AS R-1, SINGLE FAMILY RESI-
DENTIAL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the detailed prezoning map identified
herein as RZ 72-109 and shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made
a part hereof, be and is hereby adopted in accordance with Section
3.01.6 of Ordinance No. 115 of the City of San Juan Capistrano. The
aforesaid territory shall possess the classifications;shown therein and
said prezoning map shall become a part of the "Precise Zoning Yap" upon
the annexation of said area to the City of San Juan Capistrano.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expira-
tion of fifteen (15) days after the passage thereof, this Ordinance shall
be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of San
Juan Capistrano.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED This 11th day of September, 1972,
by the following vote, to wit:
