ORDINANCE NO. 200
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMENDING THE "PRECISE
ZONING MAP" AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 115,
SECTION 3.01.3 TO BE DESIGNATED AS RZ 72-106,
"AMENDMENT NO. 23".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify,
regulate, restrict and separate uses of land, buildings and struc-
tures in providing for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan
Capistrano the "Precise Zoning Map" as adopted by Ordinance No.
115, Section 3.01.3, is hereby amended and designated as Amend-
ment No. 23 as the same is shown on Exhibit "A" ittached hereto
and by this reference made a part thereof.
SEGUSN02. That portion of land now zoned R-1 (Single
Family Residence), C-1 (Local Business), R-3 (Multiple Family
Apartment), and E-4 (Hillside Estate) Districts, being 241 more
or less acres, and being a portion of Sections 25 and 36, Town-
ship 7 South, Range S West., San Bernardino Base and Meridan
Sections 30 and 31, Township 7 South, Range 7 West, SBBM, City of
San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, is
hereby declared zoned PD (Planned Development) District, as shown
on Exhibit "A".
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of
San Juan Capistrano at a regular meeting held August 14, 1972,
and shall cause the same to be published in the Coastline Dispatch
within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August, 1972,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: CHERMAK, GAMMELL, THORPE, WEATHERS
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: BYRNES
