ORDINANCE NO. 191
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMENDING THE "PRECISE ZONING
MAP" AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 115, SECTION
3.01.3 TO BE DESIGNATED AS "AMENDMENT NO. 22"
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does
hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify,
regulate, restrict and separate uses of land, buildings and structures
in providing for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano
the "Precise Zoning Map" as adopted by Ordinance No. 115, Section 3.01.3,
is hereby amended and designated as "Amendment No. 22" as the same is
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part
thereof. d
SECTION 2. That portion of Section 6, Township 8 South,
Range 7 West, SSBM, City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange,
State of California, being 40 acres more or less presently zoned U-1
(Unclassified) and C-1 (Local Business District), be and is hereby
declared zoned C-1 (Local Business District) , R-2 (Two-Family District) ,
and R-3 (Multiple Family and Apartment District) , as shown on Exhibit
"A", provided that the development of the said land shall be conditioned
upon City Council's determination that the flood plain criteria of the
City, the County of Orange and the Orange County Flood Control District
have been met, and provided further that all conditions imposed by the
Planning Commission are satisfied.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano at a regular meeting thereof held on the 10th day of April,
1972, and shall cause the same to be published in the Coastline Dispatch
within 15 days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of April, 1972.
