ORDINANCE NO, 183
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMENDING THE "PRECISE ZONING
MAP" AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 115, SECTION
3.01,3, TO BE DESIGNATED AS "AMENDMENT NO. 19 AND,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 174 DESIGNATING RZ 71-101
AS AMENDMENT NO. 18 -
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does hereby
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify,
regulate, restrict and separate uses of land, buildings and structures
in providing for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano
the "Precise Zoning Map" as adopted by Ordinance No. �15, Section 3,01.3,
is hereby amended and designated as "Amendment No, 19" as the same is
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part
thereof.
SECTION 2. That portion of land now zoned PD "Planned Development"
District, being 25.14 more or less acres, and being a portion of Lots 1,
3 and 4, Section 32, Township 7 South, Range 7 West, and Section 5, Town-
ship 8 South, Range 7 West, SBBM, City of San Juan, Capistrano, County
of Orange, State of California, is hereby declared zoned U-1 "Unclassified"
District.
SECTION 3, Ordinance No. 174 is hereby also amended to show the
land referred to therein as RZ 71-101 be and is hereby designated as
"Amendment No. 18,"
SECTION 4, This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adopt-
ion of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of San. Juan
Capistrano at a regular meeting thereof held on the 9th day of August,
1971 and shall cause the same to be published in the Coastline Dispatch
within 15 days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 1971, by the
following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE
