ORDINANCE NO. 174
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO ADOPTING SECTIONAL DISTRICT
MAP DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE P -D, PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT OUTSIDE THE INCORPORATED
AREA OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE
NO. 115 OF THE CITY
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does
ordain as follows;
SECTION 1. That a prezoning district map (RZ 71-101) of the
boundaries of the "PD, Planned Development" District, as shown on map
"Exhibit All, properties outside the incorporated. area of the City, is
hereby adopted pursuant to Ordinance No, 115 of the City of San Juan
Capistrano. i
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effectandbe in force
thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expir-
ation of fifteen (15) days after the passage thereof, this Ordinance
shall be published once in the Coastline Dispatch, a local newspaper,
together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for
or against the same.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 24th day of May, 1971, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: BATHGATE, CHERMAK, GAMMEL, THORPE
and FORSTER
NOES: COUNCILMEN NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE
