ORDINANCE NO. 166 A
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMENDING THE
"PRECISE ZONING MAP" AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 115, SECTION 3.02.3 TO BE DESIGNATED AS
"AMENDMENT NO. 16"
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does
hereby ordain as follows: -
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and
classify, regulate, restrict and separate uses of land, buildings
and structures in .providing for the orderly growth of the City
of San Juan Capistrano, the "Precise Zoning Map" as adopted by
Ordinance No. 115, Section 3.01.3, is hereby amended and des-
ignated as "Amendment No. 16" as the same is shown on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and by this reference made a part thereof.
SECTION 2. That portion of land now zoned U-1 "Unclassi-
fied? District, being 25 more or less acres lying southerly of
the Ortega Highway and immediately adjacent to and westerly of the
easterly city limits, in the City of San Juan Capistrano, is hereby
declared zoned from U-1 "Unclassified" to P -D "Planned Development"
District.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City
of San Juan Capistrano at a regular meeting thereof held on the
27th day of July, 1970, and shall cause the same to be published
in the Coastline Dispatch.
