ORDINANCE NO. 165
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO ADOPTING BY
REFERENCE, ORANGE COUNTY DRDINANCE NO.
2388, RELATING TO COMMERCIAL MANURE
OPERATIONS.
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does
hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. There is hereby adopted by the City Council
of the City of San Juan Capistrano for the purpose of controlling
commercial manure operations within the City of Sap Juan Capi-
strano, that certain Ordinance of the County of Orange, State of
California, known as "Ordinance No. 2388", relating to commercial
manure operations. Three (3) copies of said Ordinance are on
file with the City Clerk and are open to public inspection. The
same is adopted hereby and incorporated herein as though fully
set forth in length.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect within
thirty (30) days and shall be published once in the Coastline
Dispatch, together with the names of the City Councilmen voting
for and against the same.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1970,
by the City Councilfbcrthe City of San Juan Capistrano.
