ORDINANCE NO. 160
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMENDING THE
"PRECISE ZONING MAP" AS ADOPTED BY ORDIN-
ANCE NO. 115, SECTION 3.01.3, TO BE DES-
IGNATED "AMENDMENT NO. 14"
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does hereby ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify,
restrict and separate uses of land, buildings and structures in providing for
the orderly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano, the "4recise Zoning
Map" as adopted by Ordinance No. 115, Section 3.01.3, is hereby amended and
designated as "Amendment No. 14" as the same is shown on Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and by this reference made a part thereof.
SECTION 2. That portion of land now zoned C-2, "General Co-
mmercial" District, being 11 acres lying at the Northwesterly corner of Los Rios
Street and a Westerly projection of Mission Street, in the City of San Juan
Capistrano, is hereby declared zoned R-3 "Multiple Family" District.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption
of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano at a
regular meeting held on the 11th day of May, 1970, and shall cause the same to be
published in the Coastline Dispatch within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 11th day of May, 1970.
