AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMENDING THE "PRECISE
ZONING MAP" AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 115,
SECTION 3.01.3 TO BE DESIGNATED "AMENDMENT NO. 11"
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify,
regulate, restrict and separate uses of land, buildings and struct-
ures in providing for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan
Capistrano, the "Precise Zoning Map" as adopted by. Ordinance No.

115, Section 3.01.3 is hereby amended and designated as "Amendment
No. 11" as the same is shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by
this reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. That portion of land now zoned E-3 "Small Estates"
District and E-4 "Hillside Estates" District, more generally des-
cribed as that portion of land lying westerly of Del Obispo at the
southerly boundary of the City is hereby declared zoned E-2 "Medium
Estates" District, all as shown on Exhibit "A".
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of San
Juan Capistrano at an adjourned regular meeting held on the 3rd
day of March, 1969, and shall cause the same to be published in the
Coastline Dispatch within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
