ORDINANCE NO. 152
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMENDING THE "PRECISE ZONING
MAP" AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 115, SECTION
3.01.3 TO BE DESIGNATED "AMENDMENT NO. 10"
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify,
regulate, restrict and separate uses of land, buildings and structures
in providing for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano,
the "Precise Zoning Map" as adopted by Ordinance Nod. 115, Section
3.01.3 is hereby amended and designated as "Amendment No. 10" as the
same is shown on Exhibit "A" attached heret6 and by this reference
made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. That portion of land now zoned U-1 "Unclassified"
District, more generally described as that one-half more or less acres
of land at the Northwest corner of Junipero Serra and the Southbound
off -ramp of the San Diego Freeway, is hereby declared zoned C-1
"Local Busiues" District, all as shown on Exhibit "A".
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of San
Juan Capistrano at a regular meeting held on the 27th day of January,
1969, and shall cause the same to be published in the Coastline
Dispatch within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 27 day of January, 1969.
