ORDINANCE NO. 151
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, ESTABLISHING
AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE ORWIGE COUNTY
GRADING CODE AS THE GRADING CODE OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, PROVIDING FOR PENAL-
TIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF AND REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 54
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. There is hereby adopted by the City Council of the
City of San Juan Capistrano for the purpose of regulating the exca-
vation, grading and filling of land in the City ofd San Juan Capistrano,
that certain ordinance of the County of Orange, State of California,
known as "Ordinance No. 226111, "An Ordinance Repealing Article 4 of
Division 1 of Title 7 of the Codified Ordinances of the County of
Orange, California, and adding Article 4 to Division 1 of Title 7,
Adopting by Reference Chapter 70 of the Uniform Building Code, 1967
Edition, Volume 1." Three (3) copies of said code and of Chapter
70 of the Uniform Building Code, 1967 Edition, Volume 1 are on file
with the City Clerk and are open to public inspection. The same are
adopted hereby and incorporated herein as though fully set forth in
length.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 54 is hereby repealed, provided,
however, any matter originating thereunder shall be processed to
conclusion.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of San
Juan Capistrano at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of January,
1969, and shall cause the same to be published in the Coastline
Dispatch within fifteen (15) days after its passage
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 1969.
