ORDINANCE NO. 148
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMEND-
ING THE "PRECISE ZONING MAP" AS ADOPTED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 115, SECTION 3.01.3 TO
BE DESIGNATED "AMENDMENT NO. 9"
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does
hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify,
regulate, restrict and separate uses of land, buildings and structures
in providing for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano,
the "Precise Zoning Map" as adopted by Ordinance No. 115, Section
3.01.3, is hereby amended and designated as "Amendment No. 9" as the
same is shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. That portion of land now zoned U-1 "Unclassified"

District, more generally described as portions of Parcels 52, 82, 83,
84, 85, "0", and a portion of Water Street, RS 31-38 in the City of
San Juan Capistrano is hereby declared zoned PD "Planned Development",
all as shown on Exhibit "A".
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Coastline Dispatch, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City and immediately upon and after its passage it shall take effect
and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this
9th day of December, 1968.
