ORDINANCE NO.. 147
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMENDING THE
"PRECISE ZONING MAP" AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 115, SECTION 3.01.3 TO BE DESIGNATED
"AMENDMENT NO. 8"
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does
hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify,
regulate, restrict and separate uses of land, buildings and structures
in providing for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano,
the "Precise Zoning Map" as adopted by Ordinance NL 115, Section
3.01.3, is hereby amended and designated as "Amendment No. 8" as the
same is shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. That portion of land now zoned C-1 "Local Business"
District, lying south of the southerly boundary of the present C -1-H
"Local Business Mission" District, southerly to the San Juan Creek
is hereby declared zoned C -1-H, "Local Business Mission" District;
and that portion of land now zoned U-1 "Unclassified" District, lying
southerly of La Zanja Street and Acjachema Street southerly to the
northerly boundary of the present C -1-H "Local Business Mission"
District is hereby declared zoned -C-1-H "Local Business Mission"
District, all as shown on Exhibit "A".
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Coastline Dispatch, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated
in said City and immediately upon and after its passage it shall
take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this 25th
day of November, 1968.
