ORDINANCE NO. 138
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF -
THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMEND-
ING THE "PRECISE ZONING MAP" AS ADOPTED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 115, SECTION 3.01.3, TO
BE DESIGNATED "AMENDMENT NO. 5"
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify,
regulate, restrict and separate the uses of land, buildings and
structures in providing for the orderly growth of the City of
San Juan Capistrano, the "Precise Zoning Map" as adapted by
Ordinance No. 115, Section 3.01.3, is hereby amended and desig-
nated as "Amendment No. 511; also reflected by Exhibit "A" made a
part hereof.
SECTION 2. That portion of land shown as Lot 51 of Tract 5427
as heretofore zoned by Ordinance No. 128 and presently designated
as Lots 51B, 51C and 51D of Parcel Map 14-41 recorded May 15, 1968
is hereby declared zoned 16E-3, Small Estates" District.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 128 is hereby amended to the extent
only that it includes land specifically set forth in Section 2
hereof.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Coastline Dispatch, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated
in said City and immediately upon and after its passage it shall
take effect and be in full force.
