ORDINANCE NO. 135
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
117, RELATING TO THE TIME AND PLACE OF HOLDING
REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does
hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION l: Ordinance No. 117 of the City of San Juan
Capistrano is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of San
Juan Capistrano shall meet on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each
month at the hour,of 7:00 PM at the Council Chamber of the
City. Hall at 317,62.,.Camino Capistrano.
"SECTION 2. That it is the intention of the City
Council to adjourn such meetings at the hour of 10:00 PM
or as soon thereafter as the then current item under dis-
cussion can be concluded; all matters pending which shall
not have been reached will be given priority on the agenda
at the next regular or adjourned meeting of the City
Council."
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after its passage, and shall, within fifteen (15) days after
its passage, be published once in the Coastline Dispatch.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1968.
