ORDINANCE NO. 117
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 28 RELATING TO THE TIME
AND PLACE OF HOLDING REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 1 of Ordinance No. 28 of the City of San Juan Capistrano
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION l: That the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano shall
meet each Monday of each and every month at the hour of 6:00 P.M. at the Council
Chamber of the City Hall at 31762 Camino Capistrano."
SECTION 2: That it is the intention of the City Council to adjourn such
meetings at the hour of 9:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the then current item
under discussion can be concluded; all matters pending which shall not have been
reached will be given priority on the agenda at the nest regular meeting of the
City Council.
SECTION 3:- This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its
passage and shall, within fifteen (15) days after its passage, be published once
in the Coastline Dispatch.
