WEIGHT LIMITATIONS FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 295, CHAPTER 8, PERTAINING TO
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Chapter 8 of Ordinance No. 295 of the City of
San Juan Capistrano, California, is hereby amended by adding
Article 8-11 thereto, which shall read as follows:
Article 8-11. Commercial Vehicles Prohibited From
Using Certain Streets
When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person
shall operate any commercial vehicle exceeding 12,000 pounds gross
weight at any time upon any of the streets or parts of streets
as described herein except that such vehicles may be operated
thereon for the purpose of delivering or picking up materials or
merchandise as described in Sections 35703 and 35704 of the
California Vehicle Code.

Windsong Drive Ortega Highway to La Novia
