REZONE 77-1 (LECK/FORSTER)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP ADOPTED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 293 BY CHANGING THE ZONING FROM
GM (GROWTH MANAGEMENT) TO GM (GROWTH MANAGEMENT),
OS (OPEN SPACE), 90EL(2.5) (LARGE ESTATE - MINIMUM
LOT SIZE 2.5 ACRES), 90EL (LARGE ESTATE), AND
90EL(20,000) (LARGE ESTATE - MINIMUM LOT SIZE
20,000 SQUARE FEET) FOR 264 + ACRES LOCATED ON
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NOS. 124-221-39 AND 124-240-18
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLWS:
SECTION 1. The application Rezone 77-1 is consistent
with the General Plan of the City of San Juan Capistrano, and
development thereof will conform to the standards of Ordinance
No. 293, the Land Use Management Code.
SECTION 2. The official zoning heretofore adopted
on September 17, 1975 by Ordinance No. 293 be and is hereby
amended by changing the zoning of those portions of Assessor's
Parcel Nos. 124-221-39 and 124-240-18 which are within the
City of San Juan Capistrano and more specifically identified on
Tentative Tract 6305, date stamped June 29, 1977 as follows:
(1) 90EL(2.5) for Lots 12, 13, 34, 35, 89-92, and 112-115,
(2) 90EL for Lots 11, 14-33, 36-38, 41-47, 57-62, 85-88 and
96-114; (3) 90EL(20,000) for Lots 1-10, 39, 40, 48-56, 63-84,
and 116-132; and (4) GM for Lot 133 except for that portion
shown as OS (Open Space).
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force 30 days after its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause same to be posted in the
duly designated posting places within the City of San Juan
Capistrano within 15 days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, this 17th day of
August , 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McDowell, Friess, Nash,
and Mayor Heckscher
