ORDINANCE NO. 313
REZONE 76-12 (TRACT 9373)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING OFFICIAL ZONING MAP ADOPTED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 293, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO.
312, BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOTS 17 THROUGH
22 OF TRACT 9373 FROM RS (SINGLE FAMILY) TO ES
(SMALL ESTATE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the proposed application for change of
zoning for Lots 37 through 22 of Tract No. 9373 is consistent with
the General Plan of the City of San Juan Capistrano and development
thereof will conform to the standards of Ordinance No. 293.
SECTION 2. That the official zoning heretofore adopted
on September 17, 1975, by Ordinance No. 293 and amended by
Ordinance No. 312 be and is hereby amended by changing the zoning
of Lots 17 through 22, Tract No. 9373 designated herein as RZ 76-12
(Tract No. 9373) more particularly depicted on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto from RS (Single Family) to ES (Small Estate).
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force 30 days after its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be posted in the duly
designated posting places within the City of San Juan Capistrano
within 15 days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November ,
1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Friess, Heckscher, McDowell, Sweeney
and Mayor Nash
