REZONE 76-5 (PATRICK)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING OFFICIAL ZONING MAP ADOPTED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 293 BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF
69+ ACRES FROM GM (GROWTH MANAGEMENT) TO RS
(SINGLE FAMILY) AND ES (SMALL ESTATE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the proposed application for change
of zoning for 69 more or less acres located south of San Juan
Creek Road adjacent to the existing San Juan Terrace development,
and identified herein as Assessor's Parcel Nos. 666-071-01,
666-012-14, -15, -16, and -17, is consistent with the General
Plan of the City of San Juan Capistrano and development thereof
will conform to the standards of Ordinance No. 293.
SECTION 2. That the official zoning heretofore adopted
on September 17, 1975, by Ordinance No. 293 be and is hereby
amended by changing the zoning of the aforesaid 69 more or less
acres of land, designated herein as RZ 76-5 (Patrick) and more
particularly depicted on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, from GM
(Growth Management) to RS (Single Family) and ES (Small Estate).
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force 30 days after its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be posted in the duly
designated posting places within the City of San Juan Capistrano
within 15 days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of October ,
1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sweeney, McDowell, Friess, Heckscher,
and Mayor Nash
