REZONE 76-7 (MARSDEN)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING OFFICIAL ZONING MAP ADOPTED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 293 BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF
1,0+ ACRES FROM GM (GROWTH MANAGEMENT) TO CM
(COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURING)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the proposed application for change
of zoningo} r�more or less acres located at the extreme
southerly City limits on Camino Capistrano and Via Serra, and
identified herein as Assessor's Parcel No. 675-083-01, is
consistent with the General Plan of the City of San Juan
Capistrano and development thereof will conform to the standards
of Ordinance No. 293,
SECTION 2. That the official zoning heretofore adopted
on Septembe975, by Ordinance No. 293 be and is hereby
amended by changing the zoning of the aforesaid 1.0 more or less
acres of land, designated herein as RZ 76-7 (Marsden) and more
particularly depicted on Exhibit "A" attached hereto from GM
(Growth Management) to CM (Commercial Manufacturing).
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force 30 daysaysafter its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Or finance and cause the same to be posted in the duly
designated posting places within the City of San Juan Capistrano
within 15 days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of
July , 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Friess, Heckscher, McDowell,
Sweeney and Mayor Nash
