STREET LIGHT ENERGY AND MAINTENANCE FEE
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS
TO CONTROL AND REGULATE THE STREET LIGHT ENERGY
AND MAINTENANCE FEE WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Street Light Energy and Maintenance Fee.
The developer shall be required to pay to the City of San Juan
Capistrano a fee for the estimated cost of the street light
energy and maintenance to be incurred for a period of one year
following the anticipated date of energizing the street lights.
These costs shall be as shown in a City Resolution to be passed
and approved by the City Council.
SECTION 2. Definition. Developer shall mean any
person, firm, corporation, partnership or association developing
property, in the City of San Juan Capistrano, on which street
lighting is required in accordance with City Standards for
Street Lighting.
SECTION 3. Payment. Payment shall be made prior to
the approval of plans on which street lights are required.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City
of San Juan Capistrano at the regular meeting held on the 7th
day of July, 1976.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July,
1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sweeney, McDowell, Friess,
Heckscher, and Mayor Nash
