ORDINANCE NO. 300
REZONE 76-2 (COOPER-YED)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 293,
BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF 6.6 + ACRES
FROM MG (GENERAL INDUSTRIAL) TO CM
(COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURING)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the proposed application for change
of zoningoor 6�more or less acres located on Paseo Adelanto
south of Del Obispo Street from MG to CM and identified herein
as Assessor's Parcels Nos. 668-072-05, -07, -08, -09, -10, -11,
-12, -13, and No. 668-082-02, and -04is consistent with the
General Plan of the City of San Juan Capistrano and development
thereof will conform to the standards of Ordinance No. 293.
SECTION 2. That the official zoning heretofore
adopted onepS�tem e—r 17, 1975, by Ordinance No. 293 be and is
hereby amended by changing the zoning of the aforesaid 6.6 more or
less acres of land, designated herein as RZ 76-2 (Cooper -Yeo) and
more particularly depicted on Exhibit "A" attached hereto from MG
(General Industrial) to CM (Commercial Manufacturing).
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force 30 days�r its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Or ina�d cause the same to be posted in the duly
designated posting places within the City of San Juan Capistrano
within 15 days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of
March , 1976, by the following vote, to wit:

and Mayor Nash
