REZONE 75-2 (MALASPINA CORPORATION)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING OFFICIAL ZONING MAP ADOPTED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 293, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
FROM AG (GENERAL AGRICULTURE) TO RA (SMALL FARM
DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the proposed application for change
of zoning for 39.8 more or less acres located northeasterly of
Malaspina Road and being a part of AP 124-240-16 from GA to RA
is consistent with the General Plan of the City of San Juan
Capistrano and development thereof will conform to the standards
of Ordinance No. 293.
SECTION 2. That the official zoning heretofore adopted
on September 17, 1975, by Ordinance No. 293 be and is hereby
amended by changing the zoning of the aforesaid 39.8 more or
less acres of land, designated herein as RZ 75-2 (Malaspina
Corporation) and more particularly depicted`on Exhibit A attached
hereto from AG (General Agriculture) to RA (Small Farm
District).
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force 30 days after its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be posted in the duly
designated posting places within the City of San Juan Capistrano
within 15 days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March ,
1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Byrnes, Heckscher, Nash,
Sweeney, and Mayor Weathers
