AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND DISTRICT
REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 293, SECTION
3.1.2, DESIGNATED AS AMENDMENT NO. 1
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and to
classify, reg�l—e, restrict and separate uses of land, buildings,
and structures in providing for the orderly growth of the City of
San Juan Capistrano in accordance with the General Plan, the
"Official Zoning Map" as adopted by Ordinance No. 293, Section 3.1.2,
is hereby amended and designated as Amendment No. 1 as the same is
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof.
SECTION 2. That portion of land now zoned GM (Growth
Management , eing 0 more or less acres of land situated in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California,
identified as AP 649-011-25 and AP 649-011-30, and more particularly
depicted in Exhibit "A" is hereby designated and declared to be
zoned PC (Planned Community).
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thir y�3UT--d.ays from and after its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Or inaance and cause the same to be posted in three (3)
public places within the City of San Juan Capistrano.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of
December , 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Byrnes, Heckscher, Nash, Sweeney
and Mayor Weathers
