RELATING TO THE POSITIONS OF INTERN AND
LEGISLATIVE AIDE
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 6 OF ORDINANCE NO.
194 BY ADDING THE POSITIONS OF INTERN AND LEGIS-
LATIVE AIDE THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 6, Classified Service, of Ordinance
No. 194 is hereby amended to add the following positions to be
excluded from the classified service:
(j) Intern
(k) Legislative Aide
SECTION 2, This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of San Juan Capistrano within
fifteen (15) days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of
August , 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
