THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby adopted by the City of San Juan
Capistrano for the purpose of amending Section 210-7 of the
National Electrical Code, that certain Ordinance of the County of
Orange, State of California, known as
"ORDINANCE NO. 2760.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF ORANGE,
CALIFORNIA, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2729,
AND AMENDING SECTION 210-7 OF THE 1971
NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE RELATING TO
GROUNDING -TYPE RECEPTACLES AND PROTECTION"
which is on file with the City Clerk and is open for public in-
spection. The same is hereby adopted and incorporated herein as
though fully set forth in length.
SECTION 2. In the event of any dispute or disagreement as
to the administration of the Ordinance the determination of the
City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano shall be final.
The City of San Juan Capistrano reserves the right to waive, upon
review and determination of the City Council, any provisions of
this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 176 is hereby repealed, except
that any matters commenced thereunder shall be processed to
completion under its terms.
SECTION 4. Before the expiration of fifteen days after
the passage thereof, this ordinance shall be published once in
a newspaper of general circulation, together with
