ORDINANCE NO. 258
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2,
AND AUTHORIZING THE DESIGNATION OF
OFFICIAL POSTING PLACES Bi RESOLUTION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO does
hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2 of the City of San Juan Capis-
trano, heretofore adopted on April 24, 1961, be and is hereby repealed,
and the City Council is authorized to designate the places for the
posting of official notices by Resolution.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published in a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of San Juan Capistrano within fifteen
(15) days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1974,
by the following vote, to wit:
