AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMENDING PRECISE ZONING MAP
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 115, SECTION 3.01.3 TO
BE DESIGNATED RZ 73-117, AMENDMENT NO. 32.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and
classify, regulate, restrict and separate uses of land, buildings,
and structures in providing for the orderly growth of the City of
San Juan Capistrano, the "Precise Zoning Map" as adopted by Ordinance
No. 115, Section 3.01.3 is hereby amended and designated as Amend-
ment No. 32, as the same is shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and by this reference made a part thereof.
SECTION 2. That portion of land now zoned E-2 being
6.68 more or less acres and being portions of Lots 9 and 14 in
Block 2 0£ San Juan Capistrano, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 3, Pages 120 to 125, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California, is hereby designated and declared
to be zoned R-1-2.2 District.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of San Juan Capistrano within
fifteen (15) days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of January, -
1974, by the following vote, to wit:

WEATHERS
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
