ORDINANCE NO. 255
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 222 AND PROVIDING FOR THE
FIXING OF COUNCIL MEETINGS BY RESOLUTION.
THE CI1Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JL '.N' CAPISTRANO DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 222 of the City of San Juan Capistrano
is hereby repeale i-
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano
shall fix the time and place for its regular meetings by resolution.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30 days from and after its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance the same to be published in a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of San Juan Capistrano within fifteen
(15) days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 1974,
by the following vote, to wit:
